Established in 1999, the company originally started as Mid Atlantic Coatings, specializing in interior and exterior wall coverings. In 2007, company president Erick Fletcher obtained his Class A Contracting License in the state of Virginia, thus broadening the company’s scope of work and transitioning into Mid Atlantic Contracting.
Although the residential market has slowed as of late, Mid Atlantic has recently experienced an increased demand in current work load and volume. Our current contracts include some of the largest residential builders in the country, including Centex Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Pulte Homes. We also work the Nation’s #1 remolding company (voted in 2006) BOWA Builders. Our past as well as current customers are the reason Mid Atlantic Contracting has been successful over the past 8 years.
In 2008 Mid Atlantic Contracting will focus on strengthening our much appreciated current customers while working diligently to cultivate new business relationships. Giving the current market conditions Mid Atlantic Contracting will focus hard in 2008 to permeate deeper in the commercial market. Mid Atlantic Contracting is very excited about what opportunities 2008 will bring. Mid Atlantic can not make any guarantees about the local housing market, but we can guarantee that we will focus on controlling what we can and that is integrity, quality, and a commitment to self improvement.
